Despite the poor weather conditions and low ammunition stocks, the Panzers were still able to advance to the outskirts of Klin. In cooperation with remnants of the 2nd and 9th Tank Regiments and the 20th Reserve Rifle Regiment, the 21st Tank Brigade tried to hold off an attack by the 1st and 6th Panzer Divisions.
Objectives: Your company of heavies has been distributed among various strongpoints, and two platoons of fast tanks have been deployed to your left and right flanks as support. Your platoon is tasked with halting the enemy advance on the crossroads. The enemy will be in reinforced company strength and will be supported by Mechanized Guns and Artillery. Our antitank and heavy weapons positions are well sited, but the Fascist artillery may suppress them. It may fall to you to stop the invader today. It is especially important to destroy any enemy that enters the defensive perimeter outlined on the Commander's Map.
